Having Your Cake and Eating It, Too

Proving that the free market really does work, a Massachusetts woman has developed a line of vegan, kosher, allergen-free cake, brownie, and pancake mixes.  (Vegan and kosher often go hand-in-hand.)  The products do not have nut, dairy, or egg ingredients.  Not noted by the Boston Globe, but on the website, is that the Cherrybrook Kitchen foods can also be ordered in wheat- and gluten-free forms (celiac patients, rejoice!).
