Fed Soc Student Symposium ’08

The Federalist Society’s annual Student Symposium will be held in Ann Arbor, MI, at UMich’s law school, from 7-8 March 2008.  This year’s theme is “The People and the Courts” (here).  From UMich’s Federalist website:

The 2008 Symposium will confront questions about the degree to which the law should reflect the will of the people, whether courts should respond to popular sentiment, and when and how the public should react when courts simply “get it wrong.”

No list of speakers yet.  More details later.
